What is not in the price
Two things cost money and they are not ours to bundle, because in both cases you hold the account and you get the wholesale rate.
Card processing
Your Square or Stripe account
You connect your own, and their percentage goes to them at whatever rate you have negotiated. We never sit between you and your money, and we take nothing per transaction.
Text messages
Your own Twilio account
Billed by Twilio for what you send, usually a fraction of a cent per message. Texts are optional — with them off, everything still goes out by branded email.
You already have it
WordPress hosting
The plugin runs on the site you already pay for. It needs HTTPS, which almost every host now includes free.

The license activates on one site. Moving to a new domain is self-service — release the old one from your account and activate the new one. No support ticket, no waiting.

There is no automatic charge and no card kept on file. We email you thirty days before expiry with a discount code; renewing is a purchase you make on purpose, or not at all.
Before you buy
The questions we actually get asked
Will this work with my existing theme?
Yes. It is a plugin, not a theme, and it inherits your site’s fonts and colours. The only layout requirement is that the Studio Panel and the register want the full width of the screen — a full-width page template, which every major theme has.
Do I need a developer to set it up?
No. A first-run wizard walks through the things nothing can guess — your locations, hours, services and artists — and the pages are created for you. Connecting Square or Stripe is pasting two keys. Budget an afternoon, not a project.
Can more than one artist use it at once?
Yes, and there is no per-artist charge, ever. Each artist gets their own login and sees their own book. Managers and above can deliberately double- and triple-book when the shop actually works that way.
Where does my client data live?
In your WordPress database, on your hosting. Names, phone numbers, dates of birth, consent forms and photo IDs never leave your server. The plugin contacts us for exactly two things: to check your license, and to check for updates.
What if I run more than one shop?
Add each location with its own address, hours, tax rate and time zone. Locations are unlimited on one license, and an artist can be open at one shop and closed at another on the same day.
Can I move it off my old booking system?
There is a built-in Booknetic importer with a dry run and a roll-back, so you can see exactly what would be created before anything is. On another system, send us a sample export and we will tell you honestly whether we can map it.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing breaks. This is worth repeating because it is unusual: the plugin keeps working, your bookings keep taking, your register keeps ringing. You stop getting updates and support until you renew, and that is the entire consequence.
