Support
Stuck? Ask the people who built it.
Support is included for the year of your license. Questions before you buy are welcome too — you do not need an account to ask.
If you already own it
Open a ticket from your account
The fastest route, because it arrives with your license and version already attached — which is usually the first two things we would have to ask you for.
Sign in to your account
Use the same login you bought with.
Open the helpdesk
It is in your account area, alongside your licenses and downloads.
Tell us what happened
What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot of the screen you are on is worth a paragraph of description.

Three things that fix most of it
Not a brush-off — these genuinely account for most “it stopped working” reports, and you can check them in about a minute.
Change not showing?
Clear your caches, in order
Purge your host’s cache first, then hard-refresh the browser. If your host runs a page cache and a minifier, both need clearing — a browser refresh alone will not do it. This is the single most common cause of “my edit did not save.”
Just updated?
Deactivate and reactivate
Some hosts hold the old copy of a plugin’s code in memory after an update. Turning the plugin off and on again clears it and lets the new version take effect.
Buttons not responding?
Check JavaScript combining
Speed plugins that combine or defer JavaScript can break the booking widget and the register. Switch that option off, clear the cache, and try again before reporting a fault.
No update offered?
Force a check
WordPress caches update information for hours. Go to Dashboard → Updates and press Check Again to ask immediately, and make sure your license key is entered.
What to expect
How support works
Included
For the year of your license
Help installing, configuring and using the plugin, and fixing anything that is not working the way it is documented. If your license has lapsed the plugin keeps running, but support and updates pause until you renew.
Also included
Bugs, urgently
Anything that touches money, appointments or consent records is treated as urgent, because in this trade it is. Tell us it is affecting live customers and say so in the first line.
Not included
Custom development
Building bespoke features, styling your theme, or fixing another plugin’s conflict is outside support — but ask anyway. If it is a fair request that would help every studio, it may simply become a feature.
Before you buy
Ask away
Not sure it will do what your shop needs? Ask before you spend the money rather than after. We would rather tell you it is not a fit than take the sale.
Common questions
Quick answers
Where is my license key?
In your account under Licenses, and in your order confirmation email. Inside the plugin, administrators can also see it — along with how many days are left and a renew button — on the License panel in the Studio Panel settings.
I am moving to a new domain.
Deactivate the license on the old site from the License screen, then activate it on the new one. One license activates one studio website at a time.
My license expired. Did I lose anything?
No. Nothing is deleted and nothing stops working — your bookings, clients and sales are in your own database and stay exactly as they are. You stop receiving updates and support until you renew.
Text messages are not sending.
Check that texts are switched on in settings, that your Twilio credentials are entered, and that the client has agreed to texts — a customer who replied STOP is unsubscribed and will not receive them. The notification log shows every attempt with its error, which usually names the cause.
Can you help me move from my old booking system?
Yes. There is a built-in Booknetic importer with a dry run and a roll-back. If you are on something else, send us a sample export and we will tell you honestly whether we can map it.
One plugin. Your whole studio.
Everything included, for one flat annual license — unlimited staff and locations.
